and evolutionary cycle back to Sat lok, the original abode
of soul.
each human being is actually a microcosm of this
great macrocosm, meaning that each individual is an exact
duplicate of the macrocosm, but in miniature form. all nine
regions within God’s universal body are perfectly reflected
within the framework of the human body. each human
being is a carbon copy of the great outlying universe of
God, and as such, has nine spiritual regions within one’s
own individual cosmology. this means that we can com-
municate with any part of the outlying universe by simply
retreating to our own inner universe, and in this way, the
Supreme Deity maintains a perfect means of communica-
tion with its entire creation. all things exist within the mi-
crocosm of the individual, including all levels of heaven,
all karmic accounts, all three minds, and the higher trinity
of soul, Spirit, and God.
the first three planes in the lower worlds, the phys-
ical, astral, and causal/mental planes, are dominated and
ruled by the mind of humankind. So the soul, or attention,
must first free itself from the mundane conscious mind
on this physical plane; it must then free the attention from
the subconscious mind in the astral worlds, and ultimately
free the attention from the unconscious mind in the caus-
al/mental plane. when these three minds are purified and
transcended, the soul automatically enters Self realization
and truly recognizes itself and its own unique divinity for
the first time.
the initial requirement is to retrieve the scattered
attention from the human consciousness and direct it to the
focus behind the two eyes, which has been termed by past
Saints as the single eye, the third eye, or the tisra til. this
single eye resides in the astral plane, or the first level of
heaven. however, this spiritual method of collecting the
