cocktail
Take the glass Cut a lime in half
and put one and cut two Squeeze 2cl
handful of ice slices from one juice from one
or more limes
Thirsty for cubes in it half

Add the tequila, Discard the ice
triple sec, Blue cubes used for
Curaçao, lime juice Shake cooling the glass,
and a handful of thoroughly! and add the two
ice cubes to the
shaker slices of lime
To rapidly chill the ingredients
Add one handful of Strain the
fresh ice cubes to the contents of the Serve the
glass and sprinkle the cocktail
pinch of mixed herb shaker into the immediately

INGREDIENTS EQUIPMENT PREPARATION
4cl tequila 1 pinch Sal de Ibiza Cocktail shaker 1 glass
Granito Mix – or other
2cl triple sec Sharp fruit knife
mixed salt with herbs 5 minutes
1 - 2 fresh limes 3 handfuls ice cubes Rocks glass
½ tsp. Blue Curaçao (whisky tumbler)
Juicer (optional)
