BACKORDERS
We work diligently to ensure that all the products in our catalog and on our
website are in our warehouses. However, due to circumstances beyond our
control, sometimes we are out of items. We gladly accept backorders on
items of $15 or more. Read the next few sentences. Backorders available
within 30 days will be shipped out automatically plus applicable shipping
charges. After 30 days, you will be contacted prior to shipment. If we are
backordered on your item for longer than 60 days, the order will be can-
celled.
ADVERTISED PRICES
At GCPP, we strive for price accuracy. We monitor pricing all the time. We
have one guy who just looks at competitors websites and catalogs. His name
is Tim, and he loves making groomers happy. However, we cannot be re-
sponsible for price printing errors, omissions or crazy increases passed on by be sure to inspect the item(s) carefully and make sure nothing is damaged

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
GCPP will gladly accept the return of merchandise within 30 days from the
date of purchase, provided product(s) must be returned in saleable condition.
All boxes, packaging and accessories must be returned. Credit amount
will be issued minus 15% restock fee and/or cost of replacement goods for
items missing. All returns must be preauthorized with an RMA # and copy of
invoice if need be. You can obtain an RMA # by calling 888 862 8252 or
email help@groomerschoice.com.
PRODUCT RETURN REASONS:
Defective or Does Not Work
After verification/inspection GCPP will reimburse return shipping costs. Cus-
tomer is responsible for sending merchandise back and including receipt of
shipping costs to be refunded.
Different From What Was Ordered
product(s) and corrected product(s). Under normal circumstances, we will
send out the correct product immediately with a return postage label.
Item Is Damaged In Transit
After verification/inspection GCPP will replace with same product(s) at our
expense.
No Longer Needed Or Wanted
Customer pays return costs – After verification/inspection GCPP will refund
the purchase price to original payment method.
Customer Ordered Wrong Item/Size
Customer pays return costs – After verification/inspection GCPP will refund
the purchase price to original payment method. Seasonal items, books and
DVD’s may not be returned unless defective and then can be exchanged only
for the exact item/same title. All drop shipped items (noted on your invoice)
must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Merchandise outside of the 30-
day return window must be returned to the manufacturer and will fall under
manufacturer return/warranty guidelines.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
Sometimes, a carrier damages a package. I know, we hate it too! If your
package appears damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right to
refuse the shipment. If a package arrives damaged, contact us immediately
at 888-862-8252 or email help@groomerschoice.com. For UPS damages,
make sure the driver examines the damage. Also, please retain the original
shipping container. For motor freight shipments (large items and pallets)
before signing for it. If you even feel a little concerned about it, do not sign
for it. If this happens, contact us at 888-862-8252 or email help@groom-
erschoice.com and we will take care of it for you. If you sign for an item as
delivered in good condition, free of damage, it is almost impossible to go
