Dr. David J. Portowicz and the Board of Directors of the Jaffa Institute
take enormous pride in recognizing the outstanding support provided by the
FIDELIO FOUNDATION
for the impoverished youngsters of Jaffa and Bet Shemesh who have
made great strides in their academic pursuits.
Thanks to the Fidelio Foundation, hundreds have received university
scholarships which enabled them to complete undergraduate and
graduate programs and acquire the knowledge needed to excel in
their chosen professions.
