2.7 TCO and Flight operations

Officers wear PPE and provide temperature
measurement before starting work

Officers deliver documents to other units directly
without using any third party

Interact and cooperate with cabin crew or
passengers by maintaining 1 metre distance and
access aircraft cabin only when necessary

Ensure Cabin Cleaner Unit or any related units to
follow the SOP and strictly prohibit non-authorized
staff on the flight

Officers clean their tools and equipment such as
handheld transceivers with disinfectant after
completing the service

Officers take off PPE and separate them from other waste,
then dispose of them at the designated area after
completing the service
