Golden Age of the Nobility
The nobility often placed extravagant mottoes and coats of arms
on the façades of their residences. The most beautiful example
is the Casa de los Hombrones, which has a family cartouche
encircled by two bearded figures; the most unusual is the Casa
de Bustamante, which is adorned
