If you now return to Settings → Accounts →“Family & other users” and hit
“Assigned access,” you’ll find that you can take control in any of these
ways:
Change the kiosk app. Choose the app’s name, and then hit
“Change kiosk app.”
Get rid of the special kiosk account. Choose the existing account
name, and then hit “Remove kiosk.” (If you chose an existing
account, it’s not deleted—it just turns back into a normal Windows
account.)
