ALPACA
They come from the same family as the
llama and the CAMEL.
They live in SOUTH AMERICA – in
Bolivia, Ecuador and Chile.
Their fur is really soft
and warm. People
shear them and use
their fur to make
KNITTED GOODS.
There are TWO BREEDS, the Suri and
Alpacas have some the Huacaya, and they live in herds.

a WHOLE YEAR!
