                                                                                                       its natural beauty and abundance of wildlife.
                                                                                                       When Ted was discharged, the couple made

                                                                                                          “We decided that if we were ever going
                                                                                                       to make a big break, that was the time to do
                                                                                                       it,” Betty recalled. “So, we packed up our ’46
