Mix up a spiced
pear Mojito
This refreshing and fruity mocktail
is a must for any garden party. You’ll
need 10-12 mint leaves, 100ml pear
juice, 3 lime wedges, 10ml sugar
syrup, 15ml cinnamon syrup, 25ml
sparkling water. Put the mint leaves
in a tall glass and add a drop of pear
juice, just enough to wet the leaves.
Muddle for a few seconds. Squeeze
in the juice from the lime wedges
and then add them in whole, followed
by the sugar syrup. Add the cinnamon
syrup and stir. Fill the glass two-thirds
with crushed ice, add the rest of the
pear juice and sparkling water, then
garnish with extra lime wedges and
