              becoming busier and more
           stressful by the second? If you’re
        someone who has tried practising mindfulness
       but struggled with the discipline, you may want to
       give sound bathing a go. Shelve any notions of tubs
       and rubber ducks, because there’s no water or actual
         soaking involved. It focuses more on surrounding
         yourself in the relaxing, meditative noise of
      sound waves created by crystal bowls, gongs or other
      instruments. Soothing your mind this way can stimulate
        your immune system and circulation, cleanse your
       energy meridians and help release emotions in the
       mind and body such as anger, stress or trauma.
        If you’re unable to attend a class, recordings
           found on YouTube are a great way to
                 enhance your technique.
