                         125g (1¼ cups) grated Applewood  Vegan cheese
                         225g (1¾ cups) self-raising flour              2 tsp oil             1 tsp garlic powder

                         50g (¼ cup) margarine                         ½ a white onion       3 tbsp ketchup
