Spiderweb Applesauce Cake



                          PREP TIME: 30 Minutes   •  START TO FINISH: 2 Hours 5 Minutes  •  24 servings




               Cake                          1.   Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom and sides of 15x10x1-inch pan
                 2  cups all-purpose flour   with shortening or cooking spray.
                 1  cup granulated sugar     2.  In large bowl, mix flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda and
                 1  cup packed brown sugar   cinnamon. Add oil, applesauce, vanilla and eggs; beat with electric
                 2  teaspoons baking powder  mixer on low speed until smooth. Spread in pan.
                 1  teaspoon baking soda     3.  Bake 28 to 32 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes
                 1  teaspoon ground          out clean and surface is deep golden brown. Cool completely, about

                 1  cup vegetable oil        4.  Frost with dulce de leche frosting. Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows, but
