NUDIBRANCH
Crawling over a vivid red seafan in the Komodo National park,
Indonesia, this brightly colored nudibranch, or sea slug, stands
out. Its scientific name, Phyllidia pustulosa, reflects the diseaselike
nodules on its back. These yellow beacons warn fish that it contains
toxins and they should not eat it.
