           EATING OUT
It is easy to eat well and inexpensively in China.
Not only can you choose from a wide range
of Western-style cafés and traditional Chinese
teahouses and restaurants, but you can also try
many different regional cuisines, from the fiery
dishes of Sichuan to traditional Peking duck
and the dim sum of Cantonese cooking. Chinese
people usually eat early, so lunch is served from
           11 a.m. onward and dinner from 5 p.m.
