This is a special day. The sky is getting dark.
A very famous orchestra The lights from little torches
Is playing here today. Are shining in the park.
We've got a picnic blanket The concert's nearly over,
And our favourite things to eat: The music's very loud.
Biscuits, cakes and sandwiches. Now fireworks shoot into the sky
This is a lovely treat. And burst above the crowd.
We hear the trumpets calling This is the perfect concert.
And we hear the cymbals clang. This is the perfect day.
We hear the flutes and violins. It's time to leave the park now,
We hear the big drums bang. But I really want to stay.
When each piece is finished, We all pack up our picnics
The people clap and cheer. And we all go home to bed.
The music is amazing. I fall asleep, but I stW hear
We're happy to be here. The music in my head.
