Makes 12

What you need:
t 2 eggs t ¹ / cup (75g) caster sugar

t ¹ / cup plain flour sifted t 30g butter, melted

t ½ teaspoon finely grated lime rind

Step 1: With an adult’s help, preheat oven to 160
degrees celsius. Grease oven tray; line with baking
paper. Draw 12 9cm circles on the paper.
