22 BACCARAT – MORE THAN JUST A CARD GAME

Following the terrorist attacks in January 2015, in Paris, the
French Army began a major review of its organization and part
of this included the creation of the 4e Brigade d’Aérocombat
(4BAC) in the following year. Commanded by Brigadier General
Gout and headquartered at Clermont-Ferrand, in Central
France, it is under the control of the French Aviation Légère de
l’Armée de Terre (ALAT) command.
