           two, Brennan waited a day to make sure the

          “The most important thing is to get the plaster
           up onto your patch,” Brennan says. “Once it’s

                                                                                     Once the second coat has hardened, Brennan
                                                                                     scrapes down the patch everywhere it meets
                                                                                     the old plaster, then applies a skim coat of joint
