Makes 16 servings
INGR EDIENTS
14 oz. white baking
chocolate, chopped
3 cups add-ins, any
combination of the
following: colored
marshmallows
(chopped if large), dried
apricots (quartered),
roasted skin-on
almonds, cookies
(broken into small
pieces), candy-coated
chocolates, dried
cranberries, yogurt-
covered pretzels
M A K E IT
1. Line an 8- or 9-in. square
pan with wax or parchment
paper, leaving extra on two
sides to serve as handles.
2. Microwave chocolate in
a large bowl in 30-second
increments at 50% power,
stirring in between, until
smooth. Fold in 2 cups
of the toppings. Transfer
mixture to the pan,
pressing lightly until even.
3. Scatter over remaining
toppings and refrigerate
until set, about 30 minutes.
Let sit at room temperature
for 10 minutes, then slice
into sixteen 2-in. squares.
Store in the refrigerator
for up to 2 weeks.
