What do you expect about the produc-
tion volume and quality of the new
campaign in Europe?
European volumes are forecast to con-
tinue to grow strongly to meet consumer
demand for year-round supply, with fore-
casts indicating volumes will grow from
around 7.8 million trays of Green and
just under 10 million trays of SunGold in
2018/19 to 13 million trays of Green and
24 million trays of SunGold by 2023/24. In
spite of some challenges with things like
Brown Marmorated Stinkbug and Psa,
there is confidence in the sector here and
we expect to see production increasing.
Zespri has a wide, if not a complete,

map. Where do you see opportunities
and for which reason?
