Mindlessly you await for a message arrive, the phone to ring
Shadows of a memory, sitting below a lamp post
A moon to mock you, making your loss heavy
Too late, a human touch eerie an impossible
The distance of night the longest, I turn to sleep
I can hear the dogs bark, the tick tock of the clock.
The end arrived unannounced, a hard journey began
Right now you are in someplace I don't know
I retrace my steps backwards, just as yesterday
I can smell the summer lemony fragrance, the forest walk
Today's grim reality, irreversible life situation's worst turn
In seconds taken, a last meeting cruelly snatched!

No apologies for the eternal love of my life
As, no apologies by ocean for its deep depths
As, no apologies for the pinnacle of highest peaks
Space I seek in your heart, rightfully mine
No apologies I seek, forgiven you will stand
When it's downcast, lookout for rain
In dead of night, lookout for stars
Chance is you will find neither
Breathe calmly, imagine either
You outshined, leaves me most radiant
Pain, grief replaced by reliving golden days
Truth is all sorrows end, paving a new dawn to arrive

Voids, be filled, living in peace with a hope
