A Tired Dove
Hana Shishiny
Has life become a faking game
Lebanese poet writer and translator Playing the face of happiness
Having poems in many anthologies Of contentment and peace of mind...
Preparing my first poetry book to publish... Of ever blooming spring
Had art studies in American university In Beirut Lebanon When heart keeps the flames...
Painter had many exhibitions...
Interior designer and decorator in the real life Tired of being a flying Dove
Egyptian...
Searching light, in far away skies
Living in Cairo Egypt by marriage...
Wings falling... Bare feet bleeding in thrive
Looking for a gate to open, to Bliss from above...
O God... Open that gate for me
Hold me in your blessing arms
World is aching... Wounded... to be free
Seeking your healing warmth... Your heaven's balm
Pearls
are of Dawn of peace
no value;
Darkness starts sliding down slowly
Until, Mountains shown in hazy colors..
Extricating themselves from the sky.. happily
they come With dark blue... to lighter... then to silver...
out of Dawn hugs the world.. caressing all sights
Offering love rays, of the coming day
Shell In the awoken garden of life
Birds chirping, fly toward the light...
How many dawns... I watched in your eyes...
How many nights, in your arms I dwelt...
...Author Like a bird, flying endless sky...
Like a child... sheltered in peaceful trust...
Now wandering in this morning rays
Opening to the sun, my soul in fear
To fragrant flowers... of better days
Flying, as a bird, into a sky peacefully clear...
