                   Love Needs No Reason

                   By the seashore, bygone echoes
                   crash on crags spent
                   embraced again by the sea.
You and I, blinded in fiery ardor's desire,
spurning diktats plunged into smoldering shards,
tongues of times fanned tales ablaze
Love to be polite friends foes scattered our combined ashes

 than being polished:
Caressing sea breezes kept our night awake,
prefer to be lovable golden bodies entwined
than being praisable sans bonds sans promises sans shame,
                   stars winking in drunken delight
For all things, there's a season
...Author I know you loved me
                   just as did I
                   love needs no reason.
