The club members had a chance to meet and interact with Mr.Srivatsan, Travel Photographer
and Blogger based in Chennai on 1-10-18. The discussion session focused on how to explore and
experience a location during travel by blending into the indigenous culture, heritage and
lifestyles. He also shared his experience as a blogger and how to use the technology to reach
more people and to monetize the photography works.

Knowledge is a treasure, but practice is the key to it. To practice the photography techniques
the students has learned, we conduct photo walks. We will go to a location, explore the place
and take photographs. 20 photo walks were conducted at various locations in Chennai during
the year 18-19.
