                THE NEIGHBORS FROM HELL
SUBJECT: EXCEL MANAGEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION Eaton Township

This all-started Easter weekend 2020. I was in my garage cleaning up some of my husband's tools. He passed away May 2019. When
I turned around there were three dogs staring at me. Two were Pit Bulls with harnesses on them that you would use to control a horse
not a gentle dog. I tried not to panic. Started walking slowly across the cement driveway to the safety of my porch. I didn't make it. I
was knocked down by the dogs. It scared me, being 72 years old a fall can be very dangerous. When I called EXCEL's their comment
was "Not My Dog". Didn't ask if I was hurt.

A few days later dog was back it attacked my cat. The cat was on the porch not in the yard. Broke his leg and badly injured him. Again,
spoke to EXCEL "Not My Dog". But he must have given permission for dogs to be on his property. No one at EXCEL ever checked to
see how the animal was. Just didn't care. Dog came back a week later same problem. Made me afraid to go on my porch.

March 2020 EXCEL put a fence up. Problem was that it was on my property. Construction Co??? Had to have a survey done cost
me thousands. Surveyors found the fence was at least 6 feet on my property. The surveyors had to knock on office door to get access to
my property to set the survey sticks. Which EXCEL shortly after broke. When I spoke to them again his comment was, " they ran them
over with his trucks." His attitude has always given me the impression: Just an old widow ignore her.

When EXCEL put up the fence, they threw the metal garbage over on to my property. When a friend was doing the mowing on the
paths, he hit it. Luckily, he was not hurt. The John Deere was not so lucky. My husband made sure that the paths were clear of debris.
So, we never thought there would be a problem.

Survey was done first week of November. I waited until February before I put signs up telling them to get the Hell off my property. I
thought someone would contract me to let me know what they planned on doing. No one called. Took about 30 days before fence was
gone. Now the problem is they removed all of the topsoil from the area and left me with a mud hole. My husband worked very hard to
maintain the property . It is hard to watch someone destroy his work.
