Full-time and part-time positions available Third graders enjoy a healthy breakfast before exams.
We all know how important a good, healthy breakfast is to start the day, especially for
students. Research shows that students who eat breakfast perform better on exams. Welling-
ton’s Westwood Elementary School third-grade students are taking the Ohio Department of
Education’s Third Grade Reading Guarantee state test. To give students a little extra boost,
the Nutrition Services Department in the Wellington Schools provided a free breakfast for
all third-grade students before their exams.
LCCC Medical Assisting information sessions
Lorain County Community College will be hosting Medical Assisting Program information
sessions. The virtual info. sessions will be held at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, November 9, and at 6
p.m. on Wednesday, December 7.
Classes will be held at the Lorain County JVS. Please register at: https://www.lorainccc.edu/
health/medical-assisting/. Once registered, a link will be sent to access the virtual session.
