PEOPLE
haping students’ lives to the glory of God is the
mission of the College. It requires a covenant
relationship between the student body and the
administration, faculty, and staff. The students
must be willing to submit to God and to the
heirarchy He has established at the College. The
faculty and others dedicate their lives to helping
the students achieve their potential in serving the
Lord. It requires a reciprocal respect between
the two parties, both relinquishing their
demands and expectations of life and of each
other to the submisson of the commands and the
eading of the Holy Spirit.
Becoming new creatures is an immediate
transformation and a gradual process at the same
time — a working out of the salvation that Jesus
made possible. The years at college are like a
refining fire which burns off the dross and
exposes and purifies the gold hidden within us.
We are and become children of God who
constantly seek His will in order to develop
relationships that bring joy to the Lord and that
exist to the glory of God.
