GIRLS BASKETBALL

This year the girls' basketball team had a pretty
good season, coming in second in Section 1. The
girls improved in teamwork as the season prog­
ressed, winning their last 4 games. One of the most
exciting games and a satisfying victory were the
team's win over Delhaas by 1 point.
The girls worked together for their fine standing
in the LBCL and should be congratulated for their
successful effort. The team will all be returning next
year, with the exception of Lillian Reynolds, the
team's only senior. With the potential exhibited
by these girls we expect the team to bring home a
championship next year.
