FRIENDS get together at the end of the day.
Christine Van Vlack and Hillary Shafer relax
and talk on the patio.
The Pine Crest community consists of
many people doing many different
types of work to make the school run
smoothly. Administrators, faculty
members, secretaries, and custodial
workers all come together during the
course of the school year.
Of course, the students are an integral
part of the school community. It is the
mixture of these different types of
people that makes Pine Crest an
extraordinary campus. Each person
has the opportunity to learn from
others. Australian Melynda Hardy
has learned about people in the
United States. She feels that people
in this country are friendly and
inquisitive.
The benefits of these experiences can
be expressed by the words of a song:
“People, People who need people, are
the luckiest people in the world.”
CANADIAN Carson Noel escorts Jaye Seymour
during the Homecoming parade. Jaye was later
crowned Homecoming Queen.
BETWEEN CLASSES Kym Hood, a resident of
Morocco, shares a joke with Marcie Berman in
the courtyard by the chemistry lab.
