Amy Madeiros, a third year

player, is now the starting

libero player for the team. “I

did not expect to be named to

the All-American first team

because normally libero play­

ers are not recognized. I am

also grateful for my team­

mates and coach.”

Laura scores a point for her

team. “Being a freshman on

the volleyball team this year

really taught me a lot. Also,

going to Nationals was a great

experience on and off the

court. I love all the girls on the

team and can’t wait till next

year,” Laura Marvin said.
