league championship from last year with another great

performance in the HAAL. O’Dowd started the season

regionally ranked, but they lost preseason games which

caused them to lose their ranking. However, the

Dragons bounced back by winning every league game

they played in the HAAL. Stars on the team included

junior quarterback, Dominic Miroglio, who led the team

to their many victories with his phenomenal passing.

In addition, senior running back, Hardy Nickerson Jr.,

was a powerful force in the backfield, bowling down

defensive pressure. Great job Dragons!
