The women’s basketball team, in its

third year of existence, enjoyed its best

season ever, as they won first place in

the Warner Southern Tournament.

Following the inspiring leadership of

Lois Kalisnik, captain, and Karen

Smith, co-captain, the team usually

managed to keep Coach Grethe

Fridlund smiling and shaking her head

in amazement at all they accomplished.

The testimony of Clearwater Christian

College was enhanced not only by

these fine athletes’ hard work and

determination, but also by their joy in

the Lord, which was evident on the

court.
