The long-awaited Drama Club, which became an

actuality under the direction of multi-faceted Mrs. Jean

Macfarlane, brought excitement and new experiences

for many. During first semester, Tobit, a drama based on

the Apocryphal book by that name, and The Lying

Valet, a comedy set in the late 1800’s, were performed by

the members of this club. About thirty participants

pressed toward presenting the one-act plays in one

week’s time, and they made it. What a performance!
