UJe are on the last few pages of this chapter, and w e haue sauored
euery w ord in the book. The main character in this story has usually amazed,
but on occasion, bewildered us. She is complex, but strangely enough,
predictable. She has freely exerted her independence, as we would expect
from a young lady, but has rarely disappointed. She has relied on her
intelligence and not her beauty to get what she wants. She is perhaps ouerly
selectiue in choosing her friends and endeauors, but is dedicated and loyal to
both. She is at times a princess, but is also equally comfortable mucking
stalls. Vou would expect this story to be fairy-tale like as it continues, but
w e suspect that our heroine know s that while life can be unpredictable, she
will alw ays haue the sam e loue and supports from her family that has
brought her thus far. This book has been a great read and w e can’t put it
down.
UJe loue you Lindsay, and you make us uery proud! Mom, Dad,
