stopped throughout the ten-week tour. For Luke Perrie, one Mrs. Patricia W. Youstra
of the biggest blessings occurred when the team visited the Associate Professor of
Baptist Childrens Home in Michigan, where the team minis Business Education
tered to and encouraged underprivileged children.
The highlight of Rachel Madoushek’s summer came
during a Vacation Bible School concert, where the team did a
puppet show for the children. Rachel said, “It was a wonder
ful change of pace for the team to work together behind the Mr. Anthony Abell

For Ben DeVall, a wonderful blessing to others came
during an overnight stay in Minneapolis. When a neighbor’s
house flooded, the guys spent over four hours cleaning up and
ripping up carpet, saving the family $500 in labor.
And for Kate Vacca, the Lord showed Himself true in Faculty-Staff
“the little things,” like losing a wallet. Kate said, “The Lord Mrs. Donna Bates

my wallet.” She eventually recovered her wallet and discov

Though the ensemble blessed many people through
their ministry, they in turn received valuable lessons. Charity
Kneblik said, “The most blessed experience was to grow in
the unity of Christ with the other seven team members.” Ten
weeks and 14,000 miles later, the ensemble returned to Mr. Philip Bates
Clearwater, filled with memories and rich blessings. Student Activities Director
