For the senior class, anticipation mounted as they
entered their last semester. The months passed quickly
until the last few weeks were all that remained. For some,
the senior activities were a time of sadness as they realized
that yet another milestone of their lives was upon them.
For others, these activities represented a joyful step into
a new season of life. For all, these activities symbolized
a college career successfully completed and recognition
based on that success. Many may have been tempted to
quit in those last difficult days when the end was near, but
chose not to because they had come so far. They knew
that finishing strong was what mattered most and that
one day they would look back and be grateful that they
had chosen not to give up.
