Matt -  joined to my hip your first year -  the start of many special m em ories.  Sinking
                                                           “Isn’t it Ironic”  1000 times with Kyle while snowbound in a blizzard.  “Friendship
                                                            kissing” with Caroline in the tent -  bubblegum in everyone’s hair.  Trying to figure oul
                                                            the words to “Basket Case” in the second grade - the first of many punk rock moments
                                                           Stellar saves, winning goals, mud and monsoons in traveling soccer.  The 5"' grade tabli
                                                           in the Pine Crest cafeteria -  still your best friends.  Looking under the rocks by the laki
                                                           in Maine -  still doing it today, only for Mr. Kennedy.  Flair, pizzazz and style
                                                           statements in Parkland soccer -  a battle of good vs. evil in the championship game.
                                                           State championship trophy in lacrosse, pride taken in a clean hit, beating St. Andrews,
                                                           then riding home with your brother.  College hunting road trip in the South -  A.F.I,,
                                                           Newfound Glory, Weezer, Fuddruckers.  College essays and unexpected depth of
                                                           thought -  “Eternal Sunshine,” nostalgia, Camus, surrealism, life themes.  Cherish these
                                                           memories, Matt, and know that it only gets better.
