Row dies have a fe w jobs a t RHS, ones that are taken very very seriously.
The first is to lead the c ro w d in cheers including "you don't go here," "you
can't d o that, " and "lets g o rams," just to nam e a fe w . Secondly they see
w ho can dress in the most ridiculous costume, which is a g oo d chance to give
the local G o o d w ill some business. Lastly, the role o f the seniors is to choose
themes fo r each gam e which everyone follow s unless you w a n t to stick out
like a sore thumb a t the next home gam e. These 3 things are never changinc
throughout the years, but one thing that w as different about the 2013-14
Row dies w as that there w e re no "head rowdies." Usually one or tw o people
w e re a pp o in te d as the leaders o f the w hole operation. This year though, so
m any seniors p a rticip a te d in the themes and gam es that everyone worked
together to com e up w ith themes and there w as no com petition for who go!
to sit in the front middle. W hen asked w h a t w as his fa vo rite thing about the
Rowdies this year was, Senior Jeff Thompson replied with, "M y favorite pa
w as the everyone w as so chill abo u t everything, no one g o t in fights and
A&CXJ& junior? AW\e and( Tllig Kgwp ^e\- no one w as in charge o f everything. The main focus w as just on helping the
m^rouidy. boys bring home a victory."
