                             HE Student Activities Committee for 1935-1936 has had a memorable year.
                              Early in the fall the members conducted one of the most successful campaigns
                              in many years in behalf of the Providence Community Fund and the School’s
                              own Good Will Fund. Total pledges from faculty and student body amounted
                              to well over two hundred dollars. Practically every one in School wore the
                              little green feather given by the Community Fund to all those who pledged.
                       During the winter term, when a revision was made of the demerit system, the Com
                   mittee was given an opportunity to express its opinion of the changes and to make sug
                   gestions.
                       The Committee consisted of the following boys elected by their respective classes:
                   Fifth  Form:  Kenneth D.  Clapp, John A. Kidney, John W. Newcombe,  Francis K. Wood;
                   Fourth Form: Robert B. Aldrich, Warren C. Johnson, Jr., G. Burrows Bullock, E. Harvey
                   Potter, Jr., William M. Alexander; Third Form: Donald H. Taylor, A. Homer Skinner,
                   Jr., Carter Palmer; Second Form: Robert P. Norton, Robert deO. McLaughry; First Form:
                   Adrian Sanford and Gerald E. Myers.
                       At the first meeting, Robert Aldrich was elected president and John Newcombe,
                   secretary. Immediately following these elections, the upkeep of the boys’ parlor was
                   assigned to Thomas Chiffelle. Frank Wright diligently kept the school informed as the
                   overseer of the parlor bulletin board. David Wilson, William Vail, and Marshall Maclsaac
                   took charge of the teas on Sunday afternoons as well as those for the visiting teams.
