Involvement in a Greek or club
makes college life more than just
studies, sports, and service. As
groups meet they unite together
with one primary goal; as an
organization their desire is to
build school spirit and unity of
the student body. Each individual
as they become actively involved
plays a vital role in helping their
group meet its goals. Each
student belongs to a Greek and
many join several clubs, which
keeps their schedules busy. But
they feel to be involved is one
way of preparing themselves to
remain following In His Steps.
As the college expands, so do the number of organizational
groups. The handbell choir makes its debut October 13,
playing a prelude in chapel and later performing a special
number. Stephanie Brown directs the prelude and helps Mr.
Al Jurado in leading the group.
