National Honor Society
The National Honor Society added lo
members to its membership during Senior
Convocation, May 16. A mock trial was
held which emphasized the four qualifi
cations for membership- -good character,
a B average in scholarship, service to
school and community, and leadership
ability. Mr. Fredstrom held the trial,
assisted by the active members. The new
members are Barry Swanson, Randall
Antonson, Susan Fackler, Lynne Nelson,
Paulette Gilpatrick, Susie Haas, Larry
Frank, Vicki Ruhe, Steve Becwar, Graig
Moran, Dick Peterson, Charlene Hicks,
Linda Gage, Mitzi Geiler, and Linda Lamb
(not pictured). Former members are

P e 11 i n g e r , Karen Gatewood, Charlene
Wendt, Noreen Geason, and Doug Corum.
All members received gold cords to wear
at Baccalaureate and Commencement. 53
