Two years ago the Educational D evelop­
ment Council was formed to investigate new
educational methods. The Council meets
monthly to discuss current educational topics,
to analyze critically the present program at
the Academy and to make recommendations
for improvement.

Throughout the day, cadets are called to M r. Ridley's office to discuss any­
thing from their personal appearance to their conduct at certain events.
Mr. Ridley's quick wit and sense of humor add flavor to other­
