T he senior year is filled with many “ loose
ends to tie” before graduation. For most
seniors, their senior year is dedicated to
taking care of last minute details. One of
these details is finally having to take
those
required classes that were avoided during their
underclassmen years. American Literature, Fine Arts,
New Testament Survey, Psychology, American
Government, and Fitness are a few of these courses.
To say the least, the number of seniors in these
classes are greatly outnumbered by the
underclassmen.
Jason Wrachford, a senior pre-law and history
major, is a student in Mr.Bob Carver’s New
Testament Survey class. He said, “ I chose to take
this class my senior year to avoid scheduling conflicts
with my upper level classes. Since this class is
offered every semester, I decided to wait on this
class and take classes for my major when they were
available.” Whatever the reason for putting off these
classes, seniors are very excited to finish these
classes and be one step closer to graduation.
