T he Ralston Yearbook Staff faced many difficulties throughout the year, from hectic
deadlines to a dwindling staff. The staff had three months to meet fall deadlines and were
able to do so without a lot of trouble. This was the smoothest fall in Yearbook since the
year 2016!
The winter Yearbook work has been a bit more hectic as the staff only had 18 full days to
create the winter spreads. The staff started with 19 members but after winter break were
down to just 10 students. To deal with the loss of staff, members had to take on extra work,
pull together, and just get things done. Talking about our staff, Ms Rue exclaimed, “Oh my
goodness, resilience is the key this year, We have faced many challenges but have risen to
the occasion. W e’re killing it....for the most part.”
No one could do it without Ms. Rue, she communicates deadlines, helps with emotional
support, as well as many other tasks to help our staff put out a great product. The staff
could not capture the memories of the great times in high school without her help.
