Kara Koehler, senior band mem­
ber: "The size (of the band) has

been a negative because since

we're so small it's sometimes hard

to compete with the bigger bands.
But since we're small, we're kind

of like a family and we can do

more things on the field."

Dan Dittman, freshman class of­
ficer: "We had a relay (at the Mock

Olympics) that was called the rug

race. We had rugs, we made girls

sit on the rugs, and then we had
boys pulling them with a rope

around their waist on all fours, so

we think it went fairly well."

Jeff Lacey, senior SGO member:
"There are always people that

aren't going to care and won't be

represented, but with SGO, the
way it's set up, they have the op­

portunity to have a voice in what

goes on in the school."
