When a student starts his college career, there

is a sense of freedom. Without the constant

watch of parents, students start making choices

for themselves that will effect their future. Col­

lege can be a place where students can find

Godly friends and grow in the Lord. But there

is also the danger of hanging around the wrong

type of people, hindering one's walk with God.

With freedom comes responsibility.

Deuteronomy 30:19 says, "I [God] have set be­

fore you life and death, blessing and cursing:

therefore choose life, that both thou and thy

seed may live." College is a pivotal point in a

student's life, when many life changing deci­

sions are made. College careers are an open

book when first begun; students control how

they want their story to be written. With God,

students' college story can be a success.
