                        TOP OF THE LINE

                               ust as the top hat

signifies the best, elite, rich and famous, so were
the Ralston High School students the top of the line

in academics, art, music, theater, leadership, un

usual athletics, computers and forensics. Ralston
students finished at the top of the Metro, State,

and even country. Our school was even among
280 of the best schools in the nation.

Junior Becky Dusek placed in the top three of

Class A preliminary competition in Nebraska High
School Journalism Championships for her photogra

phy and is listed in the state top 10.

Five math students placed in the top 10% of 939
students at UNL's Math Day. Junior Colin

Keierleber placed 13th out of 939 students at UNL
and 5th out of 251 juniors at Northwest Missouri

State University. Ralston's junior team finished
            4th at NWMSU.

That was just the beginning as RHS students

went the extra mile to prove to their peers, teach
ers and administrators that they were the "top of

            the line."
