                                           SENIOR
                  OUR FINAL SALUTE

                                                     s we approached

the end of our high school years, we looked back

fondly to the past. We remembered our freshman
year when everything was new to us, and every

day brought a new experience. We were the be

ginning of the Ralston Renaissance, a time of colos
sal change to make Ralston a better school. As our

sophomore year came and went, we thought we
were cool because we weren't freshmen anymore.

As juniors we were beginning to become tired of

the everyday ritual of getting up and going to
school. Yet we realized we didn't have much

longer to go so we hung in there and toughed it out
            until the end.

As high school drew to a close, we also took a

melancholy glance at the past, knowing many of us
would not see each other anymore. We would re

member our high school years and know that they

were the times that made us laugh, cry, rebel and
rejoice. So before we zealously move toward the

future, we give our school, community, fellow stu
dents and teachers "Our Final Salute."
