Upper School Welcomes Students

A s the new school year opened,
over one hundred twenty
students new to the Upper
School apprehensively attempted to
acquaint themselves with the new
routine. These anxious students consti­
tuted, of course, the Seventh-grade
Class.
Fortunately, however, the eighth
grade hosted a picnic in an offer to
welcome the youngsters to the Upper
School. This delightful little fete, held
on Friedt Campus, featured a smorgas­
bord of delectable morsels and
activities. “I really enjoyed it,” com­
mented Dan Caplivski. "The eighth-
graders really made us feel at home.”
